New Projects in the Works

Although Offshore Adventures on ESPN2 has come to a close, the Crew of MV Ocean has some special projects in the works. Look forward to a new mini-series in the fall exclusively on the National Geographic Channel.

Comments:
wow what is going on? are we still going to see you fishing around the world like we did before?i am a longtime fan and really concerned..what is wrong with espn?

Hope to see you guys soon. I am seriously envious of what you do...keep it up and I'll keep an eye out for the special.

I love your show, but it sucks if you're not going to be on espn. There are a lot of people that don't get the national geographic channel, myself being one of them. This will cost you some of your viewership. I've been a fan since season one and I hate to hear about this change.

I'm also way bumbed out. you were a staple in my saltwater sunday mornings. I'm hoping someone else will pick up the show for us viewers with out National Geo. Good Luck!

I have an answer for you guys.. Buy the season dvds. They are wonderful. You can watch them over and over and when you get tired of one season, get another. They are fantastic. Hope all is well Mr. Fischer. I cant wait to see your new show.

I would call your provider and start a ruckus. Our providers should make Nat Geo a part of basic cable. I'm sure Nat Geo has already tried so it probably would be better coming from us consumers.

It would be great if there was a statement outlining what happened and what we can expect in the future so we can continue to support the show,

Can't wait for the new show! I really miss the last one and hope for even bigger better adventures to come.

Cany wait to see the new show . I miss seeing you guys on Sunday morning on ESPN2.YOu have the best fishing show on Television PERIOD !!!

I too miss seeing you guys on my Salt Water Sundays viewing, you were absolutly the premier show. I watched the Most Interesting Moments on ESPN this season but wondered what happened to the planned 7 year world fishing tour- nothing seemed to be mentioned about it. I went to your website today to see if you were on some other time schedule and was pleasantly surprised to see that you will be on the National Geographic Channel which I will soon be adding to my monthly cable bill so that I can follow your adventures. I wonder if George W knows you will be there? Best to you, Bob Boone

at least Fischer Productions won't be completely off the the Salt Water Sunday Block. They still have Going Coastal and Wanna Go Fishing that will be airing. Looking forward to seeing Byron Velvick get worked by a halibut.

Indeed the Saltwater Series has lost its' mainstay with the close of OA...

I can only hope all future productions will have options for contact thru geo-spatial technologies. PS>call me when you're around Watch Hill, RI.!!
